How It Works

1. Dealership adds MyStar Window Sticker to their inventory

Dealerships simply place the MyStar Window Sticker on their car inventory. The sticker informs the customer the vehicle comes fully equipped with the MyStar features.

2. Salesperson demonstrates the MyStar service to customers

Using your dealership's demonstration account your sales staff can easily show a customer how easy it is to use MyStar.

3. On the spot activation upon vehicle purchase

Once one of your customers have purchased a vehicle, your F&I Managers will activate the customer with their cell phone number.

4. Customer is notified that their account was activated

The customer will receive a customized welcome text message and email from your dealership informing them that they have successfully registered.

How Customers Use MyStar

  1. Your customer calls MyStar for a request or to have a task completed
  2. Our agents answer the phone with your company name and provide their answer
  3. Your customer receives an optional email and text message branded with your name
